The portable 3D scanner is capable of performing fast and accurate measurement on different type of parts regardless of the material or the gloss rate. When we scan the parts surfaces, we can compare the scan data (point cloud or polygonal model) versus the part CAD model. In this comparison, we can see the measurement points roadmaps, the deviation distribution on every axis, and we can also create an inspection report which can include all the GD&T and the dimensions in the part drawing.
